What you get
A seating rake is a recurrence, not one constant step: each row rises from the sightline it inherits, so the required rise grows towards the back.
How it holds up
On the published 18-row comparison, constant steps delivered only 0.168 clearance where 0.40 was requested; Cavea solves the clearance row by row.
What it does not do
When the recurrence would create a runaway rake, Cavea refuses it and reports how many rows fit or which clearance would keep the complete stand under the limit.
The listing, word for word
Deep seating can look correct while the back rows stare into the heads in front. Cavea builds the stand from the sightline, not from one repeated step.
Choose the focus, rows, sweep and clearance, then press Play. Each row rises only as much as needed to see the same stage, pitch or Part.
The rake is recalculated row by row. In the proof case, Cavea holds the requested 0.400-stud clearance; the same-height constant-step stand falls to 0.168 and is blocked at row 18.
Curved or straight. Larger-radius rows receive more segments automatically to keep the arc smooth, and every row faces the focus.
When a rake passes your angle limit, Cavea refuses it and reports how many rows remain valid and the clearance that would keep them all.
